C: But you can see us any more if you are dead! I know, you will be a baby again after you died.

Mammi: Felix, don’t sing when your
mouth is full

[singing stopped for a little bit and start again]

Mammi: Felix, finish the food in your mouth first

Felix: mammi, I left my ears in Malaysia

Mammi: then go stand by the door and wait
for them to come back

Felix: almost…..

Mommy: hmmmm….hmmmm…… [luckily, topic was changed before mommy could think of a good answer...and that's still pending!]

Grandma: Felix, do you want some prawns?

Felix: No..

Grandma: Do you want some with soya sauce?

Felix: Ok..

[mommy handed over a prawn with sauce]

Felix: I want to dip the prawn into the sauce.

mommy: It already had a bath in the sauce.

Felix: Ok.. [ate half of the prawn]

Felix: It is dirty!

mommy: …….No, it doesn’t need another bath….

Mammi: I don’t know…it’s your toy, you go find it yourself.

Felix: Blah, blah, blah….. [with his eyes rolling & walks away to look for his toy elsewhere...]

Mammi: ……… [not sure what to say but found it a bit funny, need to stop this behavior next time though]

Felix: mommy, are you still sick?

Mom: no, I am okay.

Chloe: no, she said she is okay but she doesn’t look okay. She looks sleepy.

You know, mommy, I will give you a change – you know you sleep late because you have a lot of work to do. You can sleep early and wake up at 7am or 8am, then you have a few hours to do you other job. And then you sleep early at night.

Mom: okay, I will try that.

Chloe: why don’t you try tomorrow, I will remind you.
